Our most athletic colleagues took part last Sunday in the 35th Unity Ride in Sigulda.

An internship is a time when theory meets reality, and future specialists get their first real chance to fully understand their chosen profession. We spoke with Viktorija Kristina – now a fourth-year student in the “Safety Engineering” program at Riga Technical University – about the challenges and opportunities she experienced during her internship.

This past Saturday, June 21 — the only warm and sunny day of the week — around 140 colleagues and their family members gathered at the picturesque Līcīši recreation complex on the banks of the symbolic Daugava River for the LEC Family Sports Games. The theme of this year’s event: a nostalgic journey back to the 1980s and 1990s.

For a long time, LEC’s daily operations relied on stacks of paper, printed plans, and verbal communication, which often led to chaotic execution. Today, the situation has significantly improved with the introduction of the work management system Fieldwire.

We are continuing our focused efforts to modernize our vehicle fleet by making significant investments to ensure a more convenient, efficient, and sustainable working environment.
