After many years in the media sector, Ivars has increasingly focused on the world of technology and innovation, seeking challenges in dynamic and creative projects. His drive to work on ambitious, growth-oriented initiatives was one of the main reasons he decided to join the LEC team.
According to Belte, LEC is a stable, professionally managed, and forward-looking company with significant growth potential. His goal is to promote balanced business development, enhancing the company’s competitiveness and visibility both in domestic and international markets.
At present, Ivars’ main focus will be on developing LEC’s long-term growth strategy within the international environment.
