Fleet modernization and efficient mobility
LEC is purposefully modernizing its vehicle fleet, replacing outdated vehicles with new, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly solutions. In 2024, the fleet was supplemented with new cars that not only provide higher comfort and safety but also help reduce emissions and fuel consumption. The company continues this direction in 2025, initiating cooperation for full-service leasing of new cargo vans. By the end of the year, the plan is to significantly reduce the age of the fleet, thereby increasing overall mobility efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
Optimization of technical base
The company regularly evaluates the usefulness of its equipment. Machinery and vehicles that are not actively used are diverted for sale or utilization. In this way, LEC reduces unnecessary maintenance costs and ensures that only resources that truly work toward the company’s goals are used.
