In collaboration with partner Infratiera Oy, LEC built a 110 kV overhead transmission line for the future wind farm of Ilmatar Oy in the Riskulla region. LEC was responsible for the installation of insulators and the pulling and securing of overhead conductors, OPGW, and lightning protection conductors. The total length of the line was 11.08 km, of which 5.37 km was constructed as a double-circuit line.
