We, Latvijas Energoceltnieks (LEC), are one of the leading providers of energy infrastructure and communications construction in the Baltics.
History
Our history began in 1992, when Latvia regained independence and our company became a significant participant in the development of energy infrastructure in the Baltics. Since then, we have continuously developed and improved, implementing several large-scale infrastructure projects and gaining a stable position in the establishment of energy infrastructure, communication systems, and networks.

Electricity and communication infrastructure projects from idea to solution
We work in the field of electricity and communications infrastructure, providing construction of high and medium voltage lines, designing and installing substations, as well as renovation and maintenance of hydroelectric power plants (HPP) and thermal power plants (TPP). We also have extensive experience in the construction of fixed and mobile communication networks, as well as railway communications and other engineering construction projects.
